The existence of rivers and water contribute to the coolness of the area and the formation of a beautiful natural landscape. It is located at an altitude of approximately 260 meters and has been classified as a traditional settlement of cultural value. The village is full of traces of ancient and modern civilization. A small church is built next to a rock, dedicated to the memory of the Holy Five Virgins who came from Lappa, and were monastics and martyred during the persecutions. In Argyroupoli, there is the church of Agios Ioannis, which was built in the 18th century.
